This article, aims to analyze the historical representations of indigenous North American peoples present in the video game series called Assassin’s Creed. The aim would be to understand whether the stereotypes historically constructed by European colonizers, and later perpetuated by major Hollywood productions for North American society, regarding these peoples are also present in the video game franchise. The methodological basis used to construct this article will be the analysis and comparison of the indigenous characters and historical events in the game with the main stereotypes constructed about these groups, with the aim of perceiving the similarities and differences between the history of racist representation of the native North American peoples and the indigenous characters in the Assassin's Creed saga.
